I am an adaptable Business Analyst and Project Manager with a love of technology. Throughout my career I have been recognised for my enthusiastic and positive attitude, confidently interacting with technical experts, end users, and stakeholders, as well as asking lots of questions. Within the BA space I have gained experience in facilitating workshops, customer journey mapping, process mapping, gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and being assigned to a scrum team within the financial services sector.
I have performed effectively as a Digital Production Manager, managing a team of Producers and supporting both front end and back-end improvements and maintenance changes to websites, games and mobile apps. This included capturing and detailing requirements and UAT. I have used several content management systems (including Sitecore), and experience of Google analytics, AB testing, digital marketing, and search engine optimisation.
